Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund. We strive to make our returns process as seamless as our waterproof designs to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
