How should I clean and maintain my Rains jacket?
We recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap for spot cleaning. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the waterproof polyurethane coating.
How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Do you offer a warranty on your bags and apparel?
All Rains products come with a 2-year manufacture warranty covering functional defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
